Toy has not arrived, shipped but no tracking information

We aim to provide as much ease and visibility as possible when shipping toys to you.  You can always track the status of your package by viewing your current rental on your account page.  

It may take 24-72 hours for tracking information to be available from the shipping company after your toy is shipped. If your toy was shipped on a weekend or if there is a Holiday involved it may take a little longer for the tracking information to update.

In rare instances the shipping company may delivery your toy without every having updated the tracking information.
