Returned my last toy, when can I select a new toy?

If it's been a few days since you returned your last toy and you have not received an email letting you know it's time to select a new toy. There could be a few reasons why.

Depending on your area it can take several hours to a couple of days for a return package to show up as on it's way back to us, this is most often due to the postal service not scanning the package and updating the tracking information into their system right away. We wait for that scan to signal us that the package is on it's way back to us so that we can email you to select a new toy right away.

Once the package is scanned and shows up in the tracking information you should be emailed to select a new toy. In most cases we notify you to select a new toy within 1-2 business days of USPS scanning the toy into their system.
