Cancelation & refund policy

You may cancel your membership at any time and we will stop sending toys immediately, *any toys still out will need to be returned prior to canceling your account. 

Cancellations must be made my signing into your account and canceling at least 24 hours prior to your renewal date. We do no not issue partial or pro-rated refunds for membership/subscription fees, credits, gift cards, gift subscriptions or pre-paid memberships. The specifics of our refund policy and terms of service can be found here.

* In order to cancel your account the returned toy must have arrived at our warehouse, or have tracking activity present showing they are in transit- whichever happens first.

If your subscription just renewed, and to ensure that you are able to enjoy the full month of the plan that you've purchased, we recommend waiting and canceling just before your next billing date as mentioned above 24-48 hours prior to the renewal.
