Giving the gift of a Pley subscription is the ultimate gift that keeps on giving for as long as you would like! The Pley gift service is an ongoing monthly recurring subscription that will continue until canceled.

What Plan Can I Gift?
At this time only the Novice plan is available to be gifted.

What information will I need?
All you need is the gift recipient's first and last name and their email address, nothing else!

How does it work?
Once you visit the link to give a Pley Gift subscription, you enter your contact information, billing information and the email address for the person the account is being gifted too, as well as a personalized message from you.
Once finished, our system will send your gift recipient an email announcing your generous gift with your personalized message so that he/she can set up the account with their information.

What information will the gift recipient have to enter?
They will enter their shipping address, toy preferences such as toy themes they are interested in. They will also be able to add toys to their Pleylist and pick their first toy!

How much is shipping and who will be charged?
Shipping is at rate flat rate of $5.95 per toy and is charged when a toy is selected at the time of checkout. Shipping is charged to the gifter.

Will the recipient have access to my email address or credit card details?
No! Once the account has been created and your friend or family member has entered their information, they will not have any access to your credit card, email or any other important information.


Can the recipient upgrade or downgrade without my knowledge?
Absolutely not! Along with not having access to the billing method on file, the person using the account will not have the ability to modify or change subscriptions, upgrade or downgrade, or change anything. In order to update this information, the account owner will need to get in contact with customer support to assist.

When will I be billed for the subscription?
We will authorize your credit card the day you purchase the gift and the authorization will drop off the same day. You will not be charged fully until the gift subscription is redeemed by the gift recipient. Your billing date will start the day the gift is redeemed and will be automatically scheduled for the same day of each following month until cancelled.


Can I cancel this at anytime?
Absolutely! Like with any standard subscription, they can be cancelled at any time. However, in order to do so the account owner will need to get in touch with Customer Support.
