- Try clearing the cache on your browser by accessing the preferences for your browser *
- Make sure you are using the email address associated with your Pley account. Check your inbox for an email from Pley to see what email address we have used, most likely this is the email address associated with your account.
- If all else fails you can click on the "Forgot your password" link and we will email you a way to reset your password.
