Can't login / trouble signing in to your Pley account

If you are unable to access our website or have problems connecting to our website or accessing your Pley account, this is most often due to a cache issue in your browser. Below are a few things to try before contacting customer support.
  • If our website won't load or just hangs or spins, click the log out button at the top right of the website then try to log back in, this fixes the issue 95% of the time.
  • Try clearing the cache on your browser by accessing the preferences for your browser *
  • Make sure you are using the email address associated with your Pley account. Check your inbox for an email from Pley to see what email address we have used, most likely this is the email address associated with your account.
  • If all else fails you can click on the "Forgot your password" link and we will email you a way to reset your password.
