*This process is for customers on our credit plans (Novice/Wizard) for all other plans sign into your Pley account then access our FAQ link at the bottom of the page and search (cancel step by step) for directions.
Any toys still out will need to be returned before you can cancel your account.
To cancel your subscription you will need to sign in to your Pley account and enter your password. Once signed in click on either the purple "Manage Account" button or "Settings" at the top purple header.
Once in the "Account Settings" page click "Manage" next to your current plan . If you do not see "Manage" you are on a gift subscription and are unable to cancel the account, please have the account holder contact us.
You will be given two option, under the right option "Without Pley" click on "Got it I still want to cancel" that will take you to a page where you need to enter your password.
