Cancel & refund policy for Toy Library rentals

Pley members may cancel their subscription at any time with no cancellation fees. You must cancel your membership by 5:00pm PST 24 hours prior to your renewal, to be sure the cancellation occurs before being charged for your next months renewal of credits. 

Any toys still out will need to be returned before you can cancel your account. The toy must either have arrived at our warehouse, or have tracking activity present showing it is in transit- whichever happens first. In most cases the shipper takes 48-72 hours to update the tracking after they receive the return toy but it can take longer depending on your area.

We recommend sending your toy back a week or more prior to the renewal date to allow plenty of time for the toy to be scanned by the shipper and for you to login and cancel your account.

* Credits cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash. Canceling your Pley membership will result in unused credits being lost.
