The Pley Knowledge base is designed to provide answers to common questions and provides step by step self-service option to resolve most issues you may have. If you can't find an answer, you can submit a request to our support team.
Once your case is submitted, the system will send you an email confirming your case submission and assigning you a case number. Generally, within 24 business hours our team will review and reply to your case. During busier times and holidays, it may take our support team up to 72 hours to reply. Rest assured, we are working hard to assist you with any problems you may have and will answer cases in the order they are received. 
Please do not submit multiple cases or replies before you receive a reply from the Support team, as this could affect your case's place in the queue.
